Yeah you are right. But there is so much more out there. If only people could open their minds and see how delicious some of these foods are, then they may have an open mind for giving up the junk.

Whenever you get it done is a good time of day. Work out when you can. I find it to be most relaxing after a long day at work. Then I can really get into working out.:ms:
