Just started this Monday after not taking it for a few years. I do the whole loading phase with at least a gallon of water a day. Always seemed to work better for me than only taking a maintenance...

Nice work and more to come. If more people would up ther volume in the 3 to 5 rep range then there would be a lot more bench and press PRs around this board. 300+ is there very soon.
