Feeling pretty darn good...I have to adjust my rest between sets, I tried 2-3 minutes today, heart rate climbed into the 150's for a few sets, I would rather keep it in the 129-134 range.

Enjoyed some down time with the grand kids through Christmas..Although I stayed focused on my workouts as well as the diet..1 cheat meal, that was at my parents house....Thanks mom..LOL!!
