This. It's one week away, so you don't need to worry about it today. Also, as Rav said, it's all diet and exercise. If you feel it's kinda low, pay more attention to those two.

I read a similar article and the funny thing is that this tended to naturally happen once I got to a heavy enough weight or an all out set. Glad to see it's working for you.
