Every time you walk in the door I need you to do 3x8 single arm kb swings before you start training. Concentrate you getting the hip back, and firing forward...

Started to play around with the new deadlift...

Started to play around with the new deadlift gear. It is a pretty close fit right out of the box. I will need to bring the hips in on the briefs, but just leave the suit alone. I am about 15lbs less...

Thanks guys I was squatting, just in gear for the Arnold. The Arnold was the first week of March and I have not gone over 335 since then. Was nice to have decent speed on this stuff.

Still working on getting my hip and back into some what healthy shape. I am still leaning bad, but its a work in progress. Bodyweight is still in the 260s, and really didnt expect to be all that...

Thanks guys, I was down a total of 70lbs and now working my way back up. Just looking to carry a lot more muscle at about 280 than I did before. So far its worked well. Ill throw up some progress...
