Thanks Jim. I feel "ok" about the prep so far. I think only lifting 2 days a week allowing better recovery plus not shedding weight to make weigh in should help me...

Definitely Jim. I'm not too concerned about standing around a little longer with sub 400 on my back. More important to get set properly with air and tightness :)

So far no issues with grip...
