320 x 20 awesome deadlift. Let that wrist heal, put ice on it everyday and use wrist wraps when u workout. I did the same when i fractured both my wrist few years back. It still bothers me sometimes....

Definitely got weak. Speed was too slow on both Deadlift & Box Squats. Did Biceps between leg workouts.

I really don't care about diets, i just do cardio 3 days a week and and abs every two or three days a week. This really helps me reduce fat from stomach.
