I decided after running 3 cycles of my training...

I decided after running 3 cycles of my training program its fully not complete enough to work my bench, so in the mean time while I work to adjust it I will be running Bryd's "BIG" program to help...

Thank you gents, I have another appointment in 2 weeks to make sure its all healing up 100% and on target and the trainers want me to squat 3 days a week so I am fine with that :p
