Thank you Fred. Right one, still have about 10% mobility in that forearm but I can train relatively painfree. Most strongman events are a no go though.

Thanks alot guys. I plan a deload every 4th week, how light or how much I train is all up to how I feel that seek. Working manual labour some weeks I feel real beat up.

2 More volume, doubles and triples at your level is pointless. Go for sets of 8 or 10, or aim for rep pr's. Rep pr's will...
