Try doing highrep, light weights. For example...

Try doing highrep, light weights. For example cable curls /cable pushdowns in a siperset. 20-30 reps each. Or the classic 100 rep dumbellcurl.

Good training, did a minimun of work on the bench. No spotter and the ole bicep were bugging me wich make me a bit uncertain if I could hold on to the bar at times.
