Well I'm currently training 3 times a week to work around this pec injury and focus on heavy recover. I also only squat heavy every two weeks and only deadlift off the floor during light squat weeks....

Haha, it's a commercial type gym so a lot of people use it.

It definitely is worthless in a powerlifting gym. But hey, Eric Spoto uses the smith machine for JM press so it can't be all bad haha....

Nice blood work session. I would probably do another one like it except with just the main lifts for some high rep/moderate weight sets to get back in the groove.
