I took a scoop and a half Creagyn and condense. Quality session, I only set 11 prs lol. Everything clicked on this session.

2 scoops of Creagyn and a packet of condense preworkout. I upped the Creagyn to try to get more of an effect.
I was exhausted yesterday morning, waking up at 3:55 am to go to work really gets old....

Interesting. I do take creatine monohydrate year round at 5g. Preworkout. So again, should be saturated. But of course, have to take creatine to stay that way.

I don't know your experience with other programs but I notice alot of people can do well going on an instinctual training. Focus on progression, maximizing every set, and recovery when you need it....
