I like going back and forth with form on sumo/conventional. Pulling more than once a week has been rough, and some weeks after I squat twice my hips don't want to sumo... I would just feel it out...

I'm with you 100% on the power shrugs, it's prob the way I do them but when I try to do them the weight is too jerky on the up and down from the top end contraction and negative and it WRECKS my neck.

We all have those days, especially on deadlift for me. For whatever reason, anything above 90% to me feels exactly the same. Everything looks good and drill it next time.

Squatting looks very strong. I;m the same way on squats, part of the reason I don't like doing pyramids is that my 2nd and 3rd set is always better than my first at a top end weight.

I would consider getting stuck there an issue that could get fixed with chest work, tightness, or leg drive. If you think it's related to chest, I would toss in a few drop sets after bench work...
