It's a great exercise, however I I want gradually add more squat/deadlift volume and would rather do easier row variants for the low back.

With lower reps the forms is textbook with a dead hang. With BW after 11-12 lats tire out and a lot more bicep gets used and I often start hearing cracks in the shoulder. I'll add weighted at least...

Unfortunately no one outside of the gym really cares. Seeing 45 on each side seems like wow to a lot of people, and each one added even more so. That's also why people shout, grunt when they don't...

It seems like a good time to test a few things out. I rarely make tweaks when things are going well but microloading has been rather slow and taking into account plates lack of accuracy it might be...
