yeah thats what i meant. i guess since iv been doing the full body i technically train bi's 3 times a week as well. what i meant was dont let your friend do 36 sets of bi workouts each week :)

yeah if your supposed to do all the workouts listed in each a/b in one day, thats kind of a lot. 10 different workouts in one day @ a standard 3x10 set up would be pretty long and brutal.
