Felt pretty strong today. Smashed my finger trying to set up my SSB, but it isn't broken, and only bleeding a little, so nothing too major. Deads were pretty good today though

Yeah pretty much. Strongman is the only thing that's ever really made my traps sore for days. It's rough, but the inner thigh DOMS are the worst for me.
