Steve told me to use the deadlift bar for them. I had the same question and he said use deadlift bar, so I do. I don't think you can bend a deadlift bar, it's made to bend and give. I could be wrong...

Since I started taking probiotics I've avoided 3-4 sicknesses in my house so was starting to really feel immune to everything..... But...
