haha, this guy has a lot of "bro" beliefs that he's shared with me before but is a pretty strong powerlifter with some very strong lifts and good form which is why it annoys me even more for some...

Whenever I squat I usually just open my legs and sit pretty much straight down and come back up very upright. I asked a trainer to check my form and he continued to say you have to push the butt back...

What is considered "intermediate" as a lifter

In my mind I see it as 3 plate squat, 2 plate bench and 4 plate deadlift all for reps. Is there a universal standard for what is intermediate? Stuff like the chart below bases it on your lifts in...
