Sorry about the lack of updates guys. End of the semester hit hard and it just became difficult to eat, lift, study, sleep, and keep up with my log. Should be back to some normalcy in the next month....

I actually read that bench article and applied that same method and ended up with a pec strain that lasted 6 weeks. Safe to say that cue didn't work for me.
