Just getting back into things I know I am going...

Just getting back into things I know I am going to have some soreness (and I do right now). So for my first week back I kept it relatively light, meaning no belt (knee sleeves only on squats).

I agree with Bev, do a little bit more research about the limitations the doctor imposed. I too work with some strong females who had the same operation (successfully) and still train.
