It helps that the most reps you'll do on the main lifts is 3. Spreading the work out over 5 sets keeps the workload up there though. I'm really liking this program so far.

I'm really liking this style of training. I recover well from high intensity/low volume, so the main lifts are not causing excess soreness or anything....

My overhead press sucks. Period. Might explain why my bench press still sucks. Transition from chest to lockout is where I'm stalling, shoulders play a big role...
