Its really interesting trying to get through deadlifts after the squats and benching. It is great for technique though! I feel as though my squat and bench form is really dialing in. I feel good...

I do feel "beaten up" but its not to the level I expected. I notice im tight in the morning and it requires extra stretching at the beginning of my sessions. Im uping my cals a little each week...

Definitely a lot more taxing than I thought it would be. My hands hurt by my 4th set of deads. Felt good!
