I was lucky enough to be trained by Dante and JM and I would say that MD training is a high volume approach and DC is low to maybe medium volume if your at the appropriate strength level to be doing...

Dont be so hard on yourself. When we started you were benching 345 touch and go. Now your doing 5 reps with 325 paused. Thats damn fine progress and alot of hard work.
