Warmed up with the usual 7 minute bike ride and McGill big 3 followed by pushups. Added in lateral raises with 10's for 3 sets of 15. Made a huge difference in the pec/shoulder discomfort.

Yeah, it's all good though. Landlord is paying for oven, ISP replacing modem for free, and hopefully my g/f's computer only has a fried power supply (which is a $50 fix).

I hope so, training conventional only has seemed to help my sumo a lot. For my main exercise of my off-season cycle I'll be deadlifting off of 1 45lb bumper plate. So probably a ~3-4" block pull...
