Well It's been about 6 months for me off of the gym with some injuries my most recent being a fractured hand, which is still bothering me. I've lifted on and off for the past 10 years...

Thursdays and Saturdays Squat Sessions went really well. Thursday called for 325 6 sets of 3 reps. These were fairly easy until I got to the 5th set. I still managed to grind them out.

Workouts look solid man. For rack pulls the best place is at your sticking point. I like to do them from different heights to mix it up.

Both. When I put it on I fell like my lower back...

Both. When I put it on I fell like my lower back doesn't get as sore (safer) and when I push my abdomen out hard into the belt I really can notice im taking huge breaths that I fell I couldn't take...

Ya, I never lifted with one either but, once I started I can't lift without it. It just puts me in a comfort zone maybe a placebo effect more than the actual belt but, I like think it helps a lot.

Flat BB Bench Press: barx12, 135x10, 225x8, 265 2x4, 275x2, 315x1(off a saftey pad) 335x1(off a saftey pad). Going to try to hit 350 off the same pad next week 335 was a piece of cake.
