I dont know where I am going to go. Really like 5/3/1 and there are so many options. I might do a Full Body with Power/Hang Cleans included. Not sure yet.

Walking wasn't bad. I think that actually helped my recovery. I am up walking around all day long. Never any time to sit and stiffen up. Lower body is a little sore but nothing like it usually...

Legs are not as sore as I thought they would be. Usually day 2 is the worst. Not this time. Day 1 sucked and day 2 was not bad.
