I did a high frequency benching program and...

I did a high frequency benching program and helped my OHP amazingly. Upped my bench max by 15kg in 3 weeks, bout a month later hit 80kg x 3 on the OHP. Eat big as well, really helps the press.

Man, you would absolutely kill the bb stage. go for it. Contest Prep would be a unique challenge but i think you're muscle maturity would hold very well on the stage.

Great Pendlay form Steve. You should get into doing Power Cleans , you're muscle could easily put up some big numbers even if your technique sucked. Strong deads as usual.
