Yup! I would not make a habit of taking that much though. I'll do it MAYBE 3 or 4 times a month. I try not to have a need of doing it that often as well.

Thanks for the advice! I have no plans of progressing this farther than explosive pulls. I'm using this to focus on explosion for the deadlift and to learn to attack the weights again.
