5 pounds since last week. Slowing to about 3 a week, shooting for another 27 pounds, leave me sitting at a solid 275.

I find the best way to shut them up is to 1 arm snatch their deadlift max. Being a strongman is the best way to live.

Thanks men. Feeling great today. Weight has stabilized, now to tune it to 3-5 pounds a week loss ideally. I know it sounds like a lot, but at 302, fat comes off easy for a while.
