Thanks men! Wrist pain is new, first felt it opening car door on Wednesday. I dont have any wrist wraps but they are on my shopping list.

SUMO is by far my most loved style. It just seems to suit...

Should have been Bench 3x3 with RPE 8 but my wrist was hurting so could push anything. Did some shoulder raises and tricep extensions just to get some work in.
