Does it matter what temp you drink water during your workouts? I love ice cold water during a workout but was told it was not good for me.

Training times

Should I stick to the same time of day for lifting? Or would it matter if I did it Monday night and then again on Thursday morning? Is this a sufficient amount of rest time between the two?

Maybe you need a different bed. Or you may not be getting enough sleep. Is this happening to you a lot? I used to never sleep good until I bought a new bed.
