Things seem to be going well here. I must say deadlifts before squats are no the same as squats before deadlifts, especially if you deadlift and then do FRONT squats as your core is already hit hard...

I don't want to continue spending the next few weeks finally passing where I was on a 3x/week heavy layout, though I am impressed how I got there at 5lb lighter bodyweight through...
