shoulders are back up to par... no complaints...

shoulders are back up to par... no complaints unless i go heavy behind the head OHP... so I go heavy to front... heavy for me anyway sitting at 185 solid dropped waist back to 29" and started working...

so i went to the gym.... spent 2 hours not doing...

so i went to the gym.... spent 2 hours not doing cardio but back on chest and tri... ended up doing like 15 sets on cable cross doing pushdowns.... i maxed the side i was on for 6 reps 5 different...

i think i'm turning into a masochist... the more i hurt (good hurt) the more i like it... and now that i'm doing cardio my workouts have more than doubled in length and i have the energy to go from...

always used coffee and some good pissed off...
