Go to a calories calculator and put in that you are inactive. You definitely need less calories daily. Keep protein the same, and train what you can.

Yesterday an hour and a half of chest and tris. I had a blast and got mega pumps with light weight. I found a certain angle doing a cable fly/press movement...

515 flew up but 585 got about an inch. Mental block, bad leverage, blah blah.

Oh well.

Yup I'm a dumbass. No benefit to trying to lift heavy. Lots of benefit to high volume variations with light weight. Lesson learned.
