Thanks Bryce, but their no that great. I'm doing them on a HS Machine cuz the gym doesn't have DB's that big.

Thanks for the advice Thomas. Pause squats a relatively lighter but their gonna' be way more intense for sure. I asked Steve if he saw anything wrong with it but he said pause squats were just fine....

Press more frequently, 2 or 3 times per week, like big_swede said. Make the press your 1st or 2nd movement of the workout. You'll have much more energy to put into the lift and your lower back wont...

Thanks Thomas, I just hope I can keep up the pace. I'm gonna' run this routine for a year and my goal is to gain a rep each week or every other week.
