Today's Workout 3-11-2010

So today was a long day of school work, and I was itching to get to tanning, so I only did:

Cardio: 30 min. Treadmill 7.0 incline, 3.2mph

Plus some leg stretching (before).

Jewlz First Training Log ! ! !

Just starting a log to keep track of my progress... weights lifted, increase over a specific period of time...etc. Just a way to be sure I'm making strides in the right direction!
