Thanks for that I have started 531 but for the accessory work i were doing the big but boring. I try to perfect my form on every rep yes it is a slower progress but I think my body is thanking me....

Thanks soldier I have put on some weight with this program it's just hard to recognise whats fat and what's muscle, I know if I have gained some muscle I will also haved gained fat...how much cardio...

This is a typical meal plan in a day for for me.

I currently weigh 104kg and I am 6ft 2inches tall

Breakfast 7am:
3-4 eggs scrambled with 2 slices of whole meal toast

Protein shake 25g...
