Power cleans are nice but I wouldn't do them before deadlifts. Then again I deadlift I squat so I am never at 100% and that's worked out just fine.

I am liking the paused squats and I actually start wearing a wrist wrap near the end of the warm up. Makes a large difference in high bar, must make even more in low bar.

I didn't notice any low back rounding until the last rep on deads. On that one I lost all tightness as my hips shot up and I had to finish with the lower back. That might be solved with a belt....
