Thanks guys. Weighed in even lighter this morning at 100.45kg. That's a new low point for me so hoping to soon be into the 90s.

Not sure about that. Without the gear, I am definitely rebuilding. On the sleep front I don't think I've managed more than a couple of hours uninterrupted in weeks. Doesn't last forever though.

Thanks guys. Bodyweight down another half pound this morning after a moderate carb day. Moving in the right direction to bench 180kg @ a legit 100kg bodyweight.
