i just use a wee notebook (smaller than A5) to log mine it fits straight into my back pocket. Tried using my phone but i found it distracting.

paper and pen is the best!

I do enjoy a good pre workout. It's not essential but my workouts are definetly better. Just don't take too much:gr_chug: if you workout late in the day or you WILL be up till 3 am....

tried the ramping sets with 3x5 today and felt pretty good, managed to increase wight on all my lifts too but thats probably just down to less overall work/volume

Guy pulled out infront of me on a main road last minute hit him at about 60mph flew 146ft. Just had some more xrays and looks Luke I've broken some smaller bones in my other foot and right hand....
