You motivated me

You really motivated me dude. Right now I'm deciding my goals and shall be logging it too. I think this is the best way to be on the track and not giving up midway.

I never thought about it this way also I never did foam rolling just because I didn't thought that it was important. What I do is warm-up and do squats without any weights and start weight training....
