Me: I'm pretty sure that picking up and putting over 400 pounds on my back will sufficiently work my core.

Very happy with 315x1. 10 lbs more than planned. Felt very good.
Reps not slow and never folded over.
20 lb jumps worked better than last week's 15 lb jumps.
Legs never even felt pumped.
