I have mixed thoughts on heavy pulls with them, to overload, since I would not want my grip to limit what the rest of me can do. In terms of rep work, straps are invaluable.

Squats my baby. Deadlifts going nicely, Bench will hopefully catch up soon! I like doing everything with Pause/Deadstop. I think that's what's really helped my squat.
