Jan: 1RM of 238
Feb: 1RM of 245
Mar: 1RM of 253

I'm not surprised conditioning is a factor. Anything past five is cardio, especially on squats. 265 X 15 is really going some.

I always find it dead easy to pull my neck. For me, it can happen on back, shoulder or chest exercises. Just make sure you baby it for a while.

As advised by Mike, I didn't ramp these. Also, I added another rep. I found the four rep sets v. tiring and was out of juice by set four.
