I am going to follow an upper/lower split with a volume/heavy. That would lower the total training volume and allow me to focus on the progression of each lift.

Still a good squat session. RDL's work amazingly if done right. Another exercise that works the posterior chain amazingly are beltless stiff leg deadlifts off a large deficit (around for 4inches)...
