Anybody use Castor Oil?

I have heard some of the older guys at the gym talk about how it helps with muscle soreness or joint pain.

Felt pretty tight today, so I did not push it too hard. Had some crazy soreness from the heavy log Saturday. Still a solid session, just being a little smarter.
