thought id share my solution to not going to the gym*, be it cant afford it/no time/gym is awful, travel a lot** etc.

and as you may have read........ its buy a WEIGHTED VEST and a cheap door...

Guy pulled out infront of me on a main road last minute hit him at about 60mph flew 146ft. Just had some more xrays and looks Luke I've broken some smaller bones in my other foot and right hand....
