On the bench press is it ok to stay on your toes or should you keep feet flat.

Just thought I'd field this one, as there's clearly only one right answer, and BtB is probably asleep right now.

This thread is the one you want.

The last two weeks i have only lifted 3 days per week down from 5 days per week, a bench day a squat day and a deadlift day. I don't want to scale back my lifting because i am happy with the results i am getting and want to contunue to progress. Here's the question. How much stretching should i be doing have said all that? I warm up and cool down and stretch before each exercise but it's minimul at best. Am i on the right track or just being a BITCH! haha!!!
Thanks Steve
I don't think how you are feeling is stretching related. I think you need to take a deload week and drop the weight by 40% to allow for some recovery.

I hate stretching. I did some back in the day.

I will say this...if you are feeling hammered, perhaps you are simply doing too much work each week.

Either way is fine. Whichever feels more comfortable.

That is very good progress. It will slow over time. That's normal. Doesn't mean anything is wrong, or that dramatic program changes are in order.

If you hadn't made progress on your squats in 4 to 6 weeks then it would be an issue.
