First off I'd like to thank Randoja and Purus Labs for giving me the opportunity to log Dpol and Condense! It will be a fun ride. Currently I'm in offseason so i am looking to pack on as much muscle/weight as possible without getting to out of shape. I am 280 ATM as of yesterday.

I will be running Dpol as it says on in the instructions- 3 tabs with my preworkout meal aprox. 60 mins before lifting. I use more of a volume training, not looking as an increase as strength as a key identifier if the stack is good or not. I use more reps but keep the weight as heavy as possible but i dont do one rep maxes. Looking for more thickness and vascularity from this stack.

I will be doing 2 scoops of condense on my way to the gym-aprox 15 mins before workout.

My training splits vary but for the most part they go in this order:
Skip day
Skip day

im a bbr. so i just go for a over all better look. id say atm im looking to get thicker with out adding much fat. then ill go through a dieting phase where i am worried about getting lean. i dont one rep max much but i can tell when i get stronger when i can rep out heavier weight. but honestly i dont care about weight

Day 1:

Yesterday I popped three Dpol Tabs with my preworkout meal, which consisted of 1.5 scoops of oats two scoops of whey and two table spoons of PB. Let me tell you these are some large tabs ha but it will all be worth it so im not too worried on the size.

I Mixed two scoops of Condense with about 15 oz of water. First off the scooper is pretty small which i like. I hate drinking so much powder! It was virtually colorless. I liked this because that means there are no coloring that may be harmful. The Taste was awsome, it was fruity enough but not crazy sweet and not as dense as Muscle Marinade was. I personally like how there is only Caffeine in it and not some crazy stim. 400mg of caffeine is perfect! You can totally feel the beta alanine, not to the crazy OD effect with your whole body tingles to the point that it itches. I like that because you know that its dosed efficiently.

my workout was great! great pump and energy. It wasnt so intense that it gave me a head ache like some pres. I have been doing some research and people are saying that it get even better with time. SO lets give it a few days for more results!!

As you can see i dont count reps too much i go for the pumps and heavy as i can go to reach hypertrophy. I am not one to count reps or sets really. i have been lifting religiously for over 6 yrs so i know what my body needs. As long as i get the food in and have high intensity in my training then i will grow.

Skipped friday. Still took the Dpol. I then hit shoulders on Saturday. Took Dpol with my prewokout meal which was 10oz serloin and one large potato, with some cheese since i was at home. Took 2 scoops of condense on my way to the gym.

For me once i start to feel the BA kick in thats when i start to get warm and focused. I like how its not so drastic and overwhelming like some pres. I used to be like that but taking a preworkout every day for 6 yrs straight gets to me and i start to like a more focused and pump type of pre than a pre that is just all energy.

Focus, energy, and pump/vascularity was great today. My bf is a bit higher so i dont have crazy vascularity but you can def see its there just covered in a layer of water/fat. Endurance/strength is about the same but im sure by the end of this week ill have a nice spike in strength and endurance from Dpol!

ill put the workout up for Sat. But i got the stomach flu or food poisening that night because i couldnt stop puking all night, it sucked didnt get any sleep. so i took off sunday and prob will take off today. i feel like i lost 10 lbs cuz all i ate yesterday was two bagels, a protein shake and a big beef from portillos.

Front raise:
(used more for a warm up)

275 drop set down to225 then 135
Side lateral seated:
all to failure
