Still noticing a nice "pump"-like effect after eating and taking the Slinshot. I wish I still had my blood glucose meter so I could run some assays just for curiosity, but the anecdotal evidence is enough for me

Not too much to note about the DPol just yet, I'm sure this will kick in as the log progresses.

Starting the Muscle Marinade on Monday...can't wait to see how it goes since most people rave about it

Started Muscle Marinade yesterday (Tuesday): Here's my first impressions

Mixability: 8/10--A little bit of the solution remained undissolved, but not much
Taste: 8/10--It's a nice fruit punch flavor, sort of a weird after taste but not bad by any means
Energy: 9/10--Definitely felt a nice jolt after about 15 minutes of starting to drink this
Focus: 8/10--Felt pretty "in-the-zone" during the workout today, so thats a good sign
Pump: 8/10--I don't really train to "get a pump" like bodybuilders, but nevertheless there was still a good amount of blood flow
Side effects: 9/10--Nothing too unusual to note, no crash or jitters

Whenever I take a break from MM I always have to start lower than I think.
Usually too much stim if back to my old dosing.

Amino acids are really not that soluble in water so it will leave that left over floating debris unless it sits for some time. Doesn't affect the formula but it does happen.

Ok I;ll have to remember this. So far Im loving the MM! Sipping on the fruit punch right now before I hit up deads and squats! This stuff definitely gets me flowing (and gives me some nice beta alanine tingles )

Will be back tonight to log the workout!
